First you need a skillet which is seasoned with oil or butter. In between two tortilla shells place cheese and meat. The cheese could be pepper jack, sharp cheese, or which ever cheese you prefer. The meat could be turkey, beef, or chicken. Place the cheese and meat filled tortilla on the hot skillet for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Let cool for a minute and then you can cut it with a knife. This is great with salad or as an appetizers.
